Our new 5 year-old vintage miso is available to order in 500g, 2kg and 10kg containers. Rice miso is a blend of soybean and rice, exceptional in quality and unique in taste. You will discover a full-bodied, rich miso with a hint of chocolate aftertaste.

Available as well is our most recent milled Vitalkal, a fermented, slightly sweet rice powder, complete with enzymes and probiotics, an alkalizing and revitalizing addition to various foods: breakfast cereals, soy, rice or almond milk, salads and desserts. Click here for more information.

We are the makers of health-promoting, living, certified organic products - high quality miso and miso-damari (tamari from miso). Our slowly fermented, non-pasteurized miso contains 10 essential amino acids, is complete in proteins, rich in complex B vitamins, food/dietary, lactobacillus, antioxidants, isoflavones and dipicolinic acid, a strong chelating agent found in very few food products. Due to the magic of long fermentation, our products are a natural source of prebiotics, probiotics as well compounds and micro-organisms that provide a wide range of functional properties and play a positive role on health and nutrition.
